    I assumed it was that too...

    but I created a "new account" with the name I want to see
    and activated the new account.

    the screen name did not change.

    I may go back to the store and ask them if they can change it for me.

    im not sure if its your talking about the account name.. if it is you cant edit that.. check this link.. look for page 104..

    Hi guys

    playing around with my GR501

    and I would like to change the name on the Home Screen
    from "Bell" to "my name"

    is this possible and how?
