I would like to send my phone some letters... no, I'm just kidding.

But I am trying to find a smartphone that I can write on like a note pad. I used to have a very basic Palm PDA... I cant take notes by texting on the phone i need something faster like writing and using a stylus on the phone.. The HTC Tilt 2 would be goof, but as far as I know I cant write on the screen....

Anyone know of a smartphone/PDA that i can write on the screen to?
I need one that will take a SIM card...

I could have sworn that Palm used to make a PDA phone based on the PALM OS... Am I remembering that correctly...
