    I am hoping to upload my music that I have saved to my phone's memory card to my laptop and vise versa. However, when I plug in my usb cable(that came with my phone) it does not recognize it. Is there a certain software I need to download to my laptop first before it can detect my usb, and where might I find that software (i.e. store, website).
