Turn off your phone.
Remove the battery from the back of the phone and wait for a few seconds.
Reinsert the battery and turn on the phone.
When the phone asks for the password, enter "00000000" (eight zeros). This is the default password for the Samsung SGH-C100.
Once you have unlocked your phone using the default password, you can set a new password of your choosing.
