    i use bump - my boyfriend and I both have iphone 4 s so we mainly use it to swap songs and images/videos - saves paying for an mms message and is quicker than an email as it's instant - i think that once you've 'bumped' with another phone it saves that phone's details which is good

    You're right though it is a bit of a fad app

    I think it’s the collaboration with WHERE that makes your iPhones recognizes locations. No idea how they match your taste though.

    I’ve used bump once, but then kinda forgot about it. The article is not very clear on how it works… Can’t tell ya either.

    I more commonly use yelp. There's a good app for the iphone and android.

    I read today about how you can use the iPhone app ‘Bump’ as a sharing/recommendation tool as in where to go & to eat. Has anyone tried this and how does it work?
