if you do a factory data reset everything is erased and returned to default - this includes e-mail accounts and passwords. You shouldn't have to log out of anything.

I Know how to do the factory reset on my fascinate. But when the new user get's my phone will it try to log them in my email account automatically?

Also how do you log out of gmail mobile?
