    For those waiting patiently (or impatiently) for the Gingerbread update for the Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S handsets, it looks like your wait is going to have to continue. According to Mobileburn, the Gingerbread update has been pulled by Google due to "an unknown issue with the Gingerbread update for the Samsung Galaxy S."

    This news comes after just one day of Vodafone announcing that the Gingerbread update would be available. At this time, it is not known when Vodafone's Samsung Galaxy S handsets will receive the Gingerbread update.
