Canadian's may be wondering just exactly when will they begin seeing the first launch of the Dell Streak 7 Android tablet that was said to launch on April 29th. Pre-orders were taken last month with an April 29th shipping date.

If it will make Canadians feel any better, there is a new shipping date scheduled; May 13, which is this Friday. The only thing we can do right now is watch and hope that the Dell Streak 7, does indeed, stay on this schedule.

The price for the Dell Streak 7 has not changed and will still be $399.99 for the Wi-Fi only version and will include these features: a 7-inch 800×480 capacitive touchscreen with Gorilla Glass, a 1 GHz dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, a 5 MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash, a 1.3 MP front-facing camera, 16 GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card slot), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 2780 mAh battery and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo with Dell's Stage UI.
