That's strange - what phone number shows up on someone else's caller ID when you call them? When someone calls you does it go to someone else and you?

I was wondering why when someone calls me, my phone line always goes to someone else's. I was wondering why that is because this has never happened to me until I got my new Samsung. How can i fix this? Or is there any way I can fix it.
