    oh okay. Something isn't connecting correctly with the phone. The only thing you can really do is hope for a software update for the phone or a firmware update for the car.

    The bluetooth devices in the cars are the cars...the car radios.

    Oops, typo. I meant to say what bluetooth device are you using with the SGH-A197 ? The caller can only not hear you when you are in a car?

    When I use my A197 in my car, I can't hear the voice of the caller for incoming calls. They can hear me. During the call if I transfer the call back to the phone and then back to the car then I can hear okay. There is no problem for outgoing calls.

    I've tried this phone in a different cart with the same results. I also tried a different phone in both cars and it doesn't have this problem.

    Any ideas???
