I have same model no. of blackberry mobile phone, and same problem then i visit a site myblackberrycode.com and i able to unlocked my phone within few minutes.........

haha you'll need to get your unlock code before you watch those "how to unlock" videos. You can visit our site to get your code. There are other unlockers on here too that would work just fine.

there's actually a lot of videos in you tube showing how to unlock a blackberry storm..the steps are quite easy to follow. i was able to unlock mine in no time.
