If you have bought the music, just use iTunes "Transfer purchases" feature. Just like what slapdad said.

If you have non-purchases songs on ipod and don't want to lose them, I found this how cast guide may help.

    Good luck to all!

From my understanding Apple will only an iPod to be synched with one computer at a time. I've had similar issues and had to use a program to transfer the music from my iPod to my computer, then transfer the music from that program to my itunes account. There may be other ways, but that was my experience.

If you have all you music on your idevice, just authorize your main computer in your iTunes name and sync the music from your device to iTunes. If you want to sync music from your device to ANY iTunes account buy pwntunes from cydia. Don't bother looking for a cracked version, there isn't one, it cost the price of buying one album but let's you get any music form any iTunes account

In iTunes, with the iPhone selected on the left, click the Info tab and make sure Contact syncing is enabled.

sync it with ur computer with the usb sync cable
If that doesn't work, go into your ipod tab on itunes, click music, and then click sync music.
If that doesn't work and you downloaded the music from your ipod, and you have an itouch, click "Transfer purchases" under the file tab.
