Purchased this phone unlocked for use with Cinti Bell Wireless (CBW) but not able to access for data use. Finally found a rep that did more than tell me "some things won't work with unlocked phones if we don't support them". He gave me GPRS access point, port, proxy for gateway, etc. He was unable to tell me how to change these on the phone.

I'll call Samsung tomorrow and hopefully they can help, but in the meantime does anyone on these forums know how I can do this?

Basically everything on the phone works fine except for anything media related. I get a message "service unavailable".
