When I sync Outlook with my Blackberry Tour, the sort order for contacts is lost in the sync process. The Outlook dialogue box for creating a contact asks for two separate entries -- one for "full name" and one for "file as." For individuals, I always enter last name, first name in the "file as" box, and Outlook then sorts contacts based on last name. But the Blackberry sorts the contacts based on the full name. So all my contacts in the Blackberry are sorted based on their first names. FWIW, same thing happens when I sync Outlook with my iPad. Of course I can search to find the name, but I want to be able to scroll (or swipe on the iPad) through a list of contacts in proper alphabetical order. Thanks for any help.
