    texts will be counted as data, so you could do it that way. I'm not sure how much data a text would use though.

    Hi I am VERY very new to smartphones and have a Galaxy S plan with optus 0.25 cents a txt and 200mb plan. Wondering if it is cheaper to use Samsung IM to reduce txt fees. I do txt alot so just wanting to make sure I'm getting the best value. Thanks in advance for any advice
