It seems like Nokia is getting ready to work on a full touch user interface for the Nokia S40 devices, according to Stephen Elop, CEO of Nokia. Within the next several weeks and months, Nokia will be working on delivering the full touch user interface with the Clipper and the Meltemi software.

It's not really know what the two software will provide but according to Elop, the user interface will live on, but he did not mention as in which devices. To break it down, it's seems like Qt will have something to do with the Nokia S40 devices and Meego 1.2/N9 Swipe interface will be done in Qt as well as to other devices that are non-Meego.
