I tried Skype, didnt see any video functions; even after uninstall, battery drains like crazy
I tried Tango just the other day on two HTC EVO 4G phones, both parties must have the app installed, you can invite your contact list; Video was buggy; Free is free, You get what you pay for.

Yes, it is a Samsung, but a Galaxy tablet P1000. As the device has two cameras, I supposed that videocalling would be possible. I found the Tango app, but it seems to me rather complicated to use it. I am a rookie. Anyhow thanks for your reply.

That is the Galaxy Tab right? In which case I don't believe you can video call with skype. I believe you can use the app Tango to video chat.
