    Vibrant will most likely not get gingerbread, although there are some great custom gingerbread roms out there that you can put on your vibrant. The cusom roms are typically better than the offixial releases

    please read the post again, I asked about T-mobiles Galaxy S. It hasn't gone ginger bread, different network providers provide updates at different times.

    Galaxy S went to Gingerbread months ago in Europe (download from Samsung Kies program).
