I am in Canada and I went to Bell World because my phone kept on saying it had insufficient memory even though everything extra had been deleted. So someone there popped off the back and removed the battery and then put it all back together again. The phone rebooted and everything was fine. The person told me if the same thing ever happened again to just to do as he did. I did the same tonight and now my phone has no power. It will not do anything.

I figure I will have to bring it back to the store but I was hoping someone might have some ideas.
