    Just as the title says, when my girlfriend turns on her phone, it loads up to the "welcome to t-mobile" screen and asks for a pin number. She knows what her pin number is, but NONE of the keys are working except for the power button. I have been searching for some time now for a fix, but I am hoping that you guys can help, please and thank you!
