Samsung Prevail is the first Boost phone that is 3G, and on the back of the box it says that Pay As You Go is not available with this phone. This is a first for Boost Mobile and they will probably continue it for any phone they introduce that has 3G.

In my opinion, Internet radio is fine on the slow IDEN, but I haven't tried it. You will probably get brief pauses every now and then, but why do you need Internet radio when you can transfer MP3 files from your PC through the USB cable? This is assuming that you want to listen to music and such.

so the samsung prevail would work on the $50 unlimited or are you referring to all boost services as pay as you go?

IDEN is always slow, like 56K modem speed. Most of Boost phones are on IDEN(Usually by Motorola), which is why they offer unlimited web for cheap. CDMA is another story. Samsung Seek is a 2.5G, which is twice as fast as a 56K modem. The latest Samsung Prevail is 3G, and is not available on the Pay As You Go plans because they cannot offer 3G speeds at 35 Cents/Day. Expect future phones that are 3G to not use the cheap web plan. Perhaps Boost one day may come up with different Pay As You Go plans for 3G, but they won't be as cheap as 35 Cents/Day.

It'll run fine as long as you have a good 3g or wi-fi connection.

Do you mean the Samsung Seek? I don't believe you can use Pandora or Slacker on that phone. The Motorola i1 might have a hard time running Pandora. I've seen reports of it freezing.
