Here are my steps to make it.
    1,Install iTunes
2,Connect your phone to your Mac
    3,Open iTunes
4,Select your iPhone in the left panel
5,Press "Sync" in the bottom right corner

With more details you can follow below page

I think Currently this is only available in email form. Just click the little envelope at the bottom of the notes page and email it. Hopefully there will be a way to sync notes soon. If Apple doesn't do it, there could be an app after the sdk is released.

Once you buy a Mac it's the same as if you had a PC, you just plug it in & it's Automatic.

i don't believe MobileMe is accepting members any longer, everything will be switching to iCloud syncing soon. If you have a mac email address .ME.. you'll be able to sign in to the MobileMe Website from any computer and have access to your info.

checkout DropBox, i use this also which is pretty good, go to their website and create an account, now whatever files/photos you put in dropbox, you'll have access from all your Apple or Window devices/computers. Downloaded it to your computer from their website and for the iphone go to the App store. Watch their Demo Video. Up to 2GB free.
