    Here's the solution for nokia E63 that shows "Camera feature not supported" if trying to use or activate the camera on the device.
    There are several factors that this problem occurred when the device suffered water damaged or accidentally dropped or soaked into water.
    If encountered this problem you may first check the flash firmware or restored it, then if the problem still exists
    you may then proceed to hardware troubleshooting.

    This solution below shows the camera IC module which holds the camera to work. If this chip become faulty it will not recognize the camera operation and result to show camera feature not supported on the display.

    Nokia E63 Back camera not working, when you open camera returns to menu. I Changed the back camera, flashed the phone I made jumper solution near the front camera and still the same . Please Help with any solution. Thanks!
