Plug your iPhone into your computer
    Launch iTunes
Select your iPhone in the ‘DEVICES’ list
    Right-Click on your iPhone
    Select “Back Up”
Wait for iPhone backup to complete
if above can't help ,download iphone transfer to try .

You can use outlook express to back up contacts and messages.
I have done this but it was not the easiest thing to do.
You need to go to info in your iphone settings in itunes, select where you want to back it up to in outlook or yahoo, winddows or google, then sync your phone and job done.

Yep, simple as that. Or just buy another mem-card. A bigger one.

Besides what mentioned above, i like to share you a page about iPhone Transfer Backup Reviews, which included transferring iPhone contents to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!

My local store sells an iPhone 4 GB SD Backup card in a docking station. I am confused since the phone has no slot for an SD Card. However, the unit comes with a docking station and charger for $70. How does it backup the phone? Is there any way to increase the memory as I have come to the maximum memory on my phone and can't take any more photos unless I delete. Is there a way to increase memory? I am now sorry that I got the 8GB model as I thought that 8 GB was enough memory; evidently the unit can use only about 6.5 GB as the rest is used for other things.
