Once again, Apple gets their way where infringement is involved. It seems like now that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is not allowed to be sold in Europe, thanks to Apple and their argument to a Germany court, that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 infringes upon "copied elements of the iPad 2".

Any Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 that is in stores now in Germany, must be removed with the exclusion of the Netherlands. Apple has made the announcement, "“It’s no coincidence that Samsung’s latest products look a lot like the iPhone and iPad, from the shape of the hardware to the user interface and even the packaging. This kind of blatant copying is wrong, and we need to protect Apple’s intellectual property when companies steal our ideas".

Samsung has not made a comment as of yet regarding the banning of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Europe.
