    wow seems to be amazing. apple sucks. I don't know why they are trying to stop samsungs tablet. I think they are really afraid of losing the postulated "individuality"

    Samsung doesn't seem to worried about the lawsuit and the injunctions that Apple has put upon them regarding their Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. If you remember, we reported last month that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was banned in Germany.

    Well, it looks like Samsung is ignoring Apple as well as the courts in Australia and is planning on launching the tablet in Australia anyway. The above photo is a flyer that Phandroid found, that is from the retailer, Mayer. There is even a launch date for the Galaxy Tab 10.1... September 1.

    We don't know why Samsung is ignoring the courts and Apple. Maybe they have faith that after the August 29 hearing, that they will have nothing to worry about or it could just be that Samsung will decided to deal with what comes from the launch later.
