Before someone can help you figure out the best cell phone to buy, you need to identify first the kind of cell phone that you wish to have. Do you want a simple or a complex one? As well, what are the features that you consider necessary for you? Identifying these are important so you that you can narrow your choices.

If you are looking for a cell phone that both offers simplicity and affordability, the Just5 cell phone is a good choice.

That is purely a matter of preference.

Some people prefer Iphones, Some droids, others BlackBerrys, some prefer the simple flip phones that do nothing much more than make calls.
We need to know more about what the member wants out of the phone, just asking what is the best phone could be answered with. "they are all the best phone" because any and all phones are best for someone, but not everyone. More info from OP please.

Ok. well that question has so many other questions attached.
So those that I can think of.

    What is your price range?
What network, ATT, TMobile, Verizon, Sprint, or one of the many MVNO’s. Pay as you go phones that is. Tracfone, Cricket?
Are you looking for something like a BlackBerry, Android, IPhone, Windows Phone?
What manufacturer? Do you have a preference? What are you needing it for, ie. Just talking on the phone? Where a simple phone will work well and cost less. Do you need GPS for driving? In which case you will need a Smart Phone like the IPhone or Android, not sure if the BB has GPS.
And many others I’m sure some one can come in and fill in where I left out.
