Hey guys, I'm from a small town in Southern Ontario and I'm just wondering if anybody has any suggestions on what model of cell phone I should purchase and what provider I should use. I haven't owned a cell phone in four or five years and the market has changed alot in that time. The only things that I know for sure is I reeeeeally don't want to use Bell as a provider, I've heard good things about Rogers although I've heard there expensive and Virgin Mobile and Telus are, as far as I can tell, two of the best providers websites that I've been to so far. Please help guys, I've been researching this for about three days straight and I still don't feel any closer to a decision.

P.S. Does Wi-fi make internet free on cell phones? I've googled it but I can't really find a straight answer
