    It will let me call maybe 1-2 times after a soft reset, but after that, nothing. I can't receive incoming or make outgoing calls. When i try to talk, it just like going to the wireless manager, and turning the phone off and on again, (the circle light in the middle of the phone flashes red), then it hangs up immediately and displays that error message. The only way to fix it is to do a soft reset. There is also a letter E at the top, (I do not have a data plan). Any help is great
