    I am using Nokia E7-00. This is very nice mobile. My phone is working perfectly and I am not facing any issues with my Nokia E7-00. But whenever I weak up in the morning and when I check my mobile at that time there is no network connection is there. After that I have to restart the mobile and after that network come normally. After 2 or 3 hours when I again check my mobile and again that time network is not there so I have to restart my mobile again. Please tell me what is wrong with my device. It is production defect or there is something wrong with my mobile setting?

    Hi Everyone. I purchased a Nokia E7-00 in march (India). SInce May I have been having network issues. There are 4 distinct issues, but I think they are related

    1. After a format, or a software re-install, after a few days, when I try making calls to some specific numbers, I get a "No answer" error as soon as the number is dialled. There's not even a ring on the other end, it just says "No answer" and then disconnects. This happens for some specific numbers and it happens all the time. Searching on the web, I found the solution as turned "closed usr group" to "off" in settings-->phone-->phone management-->phone and sim card. I have a corporate sim, so turning off closed user group is a downside, but it allows me to make phone calls to these specific numbers. Pleae note that I have had my SIM card replaced by Vodafone and this problem also doesn't occur on other phones

    2. On some specific numbers (including some of the above), when I dial, I get a "Requested Rejected" as soon as I dial the number. This is also for specific numbers. I have not been able to find a solution for this. I simply cannot dial these particular numbers. SOmetimes switching to Offline mode and then back helps, but most of the times, it doesn't.

    3. Sometimes (especially when my battery is low), my wap access points (Vodafone live) start connecting automatically. I am sure I don't have the WAP access point defined in any application; as I use the internet access point (Vodafone Mobile Connect). The data usage is 0 for the WAP access point, but it connects either ways. Sometimes my MMS access point also connects with 0kb usage, even though there's no MMS being sent or received

    4. Sometimes when I switch to offline, I cannot switch back to any other profile. It just says "unable to change profile" and reverts back to offline. The resolution for this is a reboot.

    All these things are resolved by a format/software re-install, but generally re-appear after a few days of usage. I took my phone to Nokia Care Center twice, but they formatted my software and when they gave it back to me, everything was fine.

    Problems 3 and 4 are not so serious, but problem 2 is really bothering me now, as I find my phone unusable in such cases.

    If anyone else has seen such an issue and found a resolution, please let me know, I will appreciate it.

    Also, upgrading to ANna didn't resolve these issues
