Hello,
I’m interested in the cheapest way to get a plan with unlimited talk and web. I’m interested in, for instance, watching YouTube videos, browsing, and email. If it won’t cost too much more money I’d also like to be able to tether to my PC that has a wireless G card.

I don’t have a phone or service at this time. I was looking at Boost’s site and they claim unlimited talk, text, and web. Is this truly unlimited or is it like t-mobile and they throttle down the speed after a predetermined amount of data usage?

I’m also interested as to what type of phone I’d have to have for these requirements. Could I find one on ebay and what should I look for? I'm looking to spend a little as possible.
