To hide/ show caller ID on a Samsung,
    Try something like this:
    Code:
1.From the home screen, press the left soft key for Start
2.Press the left soft key for More
3.Press the left soft key for More again
    4.Select Settings
    5.Select Phone (1)
    6.Select All Calls (1)
    7.Select Caller ID (2)
8.Select one of the following, using the navigation key:
    ◦No One
    ◦Only my Contacts
    ◦Everyone
9.Press the left soft key for Done to save the Caller ID setting
10.Press the home key to return to the home screen

    hello all,
i have bought a samsung 5250 and i have a problem with the phone.
basically when someone is calling the phone does not show the caller's name even though i have them as contacts.
i have checked and i do not have two contacts with the same number and i only have the contacts on my sim card. i also tried to remove the country code from the contact but it still doesnt display their name when they call me. any ideas?
