Well, I don't in which country you are living but in my country we have a big market of used cell phones and their are also some websites which are dedicated to sell and buy the used cell phones so if you have some you should use them to buy a fancy phone on low rates you can also consider foonin.com if you are living in US

Depends on what type of phone you have.
OEM headsets work best.
You can find an OEM headset for your phone on ebay or amazon.
