    Make sure you have proper dungle or cable, use nokia pc suite or download nokia pc suite and install it to your laptop..

    Which nokia phone do you have? What os is your laptop running? Do you have the proper drivers installed?

    When I plug an usb cable it displays on a phone screen "no response from host". Please help why.
