If you are familiar with the gprs settings of your service provider, you only have to do is to create personalized provisional file ( settings contains access point and proxy with port, usually send by your serv.provider via ota.).

Using your mobile a symbian phone like n70,n95 etc.you can create personalized prov file from here:

After you filledup all neccessary info, download the file then transfer it via infra to the phone w/c needed the prov file.
