You can try doing a factory reset otherwise update the firmware.

What model is your phone? Aside from Willium0001's recommendation, you may also try doing a factory reset on the phone and see if this solves the problem

I think you need to make some space in phone memory or memory card my friend is also faced same problem this problem arise because of huge data stored in phone memory or memory card. It is better to delete some data I think after that your mobile restart problem is solve.
