New Samsung T404G on the Tracfone network. When I dial a number, any number, the phone seems to be dialing and the swirling display (the swirling display that indicates the phone is dialing) is violet in color, then this message appears "conditional forwarding" along with a display of the number being dialed. Then the swirling display changes to blue, the phone continues dialing and the call is completed. Why does this happen, and does it indicate a problem in the phone? The call is usually completed. Thank you
