I never heard of a memory card password protected.
Most cards have a lock on the side.
try take it out of the phone and use a PC card reader to reformat it,
(you will loose all data on the card)
Then reformat it in the phone to get the folders back

I have Nokia supernova 7310 my gf was playing it with it and now the memory card has a password but my gf forget it .

I tried fe explrer but how to run it ? and go to c:/system ?

is there any easy tutorial to do ?
