Hello, I am new to the forum & was looking to purchase a new unlocked smart phone from an online retailer. I currently do not have a data plan with my carrier (at&t) but was wondering if I could just slip the sim card from my dumb phone into the new smartphone.. The particular phone I was interested in is a palm pixi plus, unlocked. Thanks
