I think it is a flaw with the phone My kids have 2 of these phones, they had trouble with one of them not chargeing. I put the battery in the other phone and it did the same thing, so I thought ok, bad battery replaced it and it worked. THe other phone started doing it. I went to a cheaper battery (pay $54 for a battery is stuipd) and I can't get (4) of them to charge in either phone. The phones both do fine with the battery. The only thing I can see that is diffrnet is the expensive battery had some charge on it, these others did not. THis all started when my son ran his phone until it died 3 times.
