I just got a used HTC Eros.....everything seemed to work well in the beginning...this is my 1st smart phone...recently, it won't connect to internet...if I am sitting right beside my router, it does fine, but anywhere else, it gives me the "web page may be temp shut down or perm moved" message...I tinkered with ALL the buttons, so I'm thinking this is something I've done, I just don't know how to undo it...also, if I reset to "factory settings", will I lose all my contacts info and pics?? thanks
