If the phone actually turns on there's a good chance they can get the contacts off of it. If not then you're out of luck.

Ok, I got one of these cheap pay per month cricket phone. Just a cheap Samsung...no sim, external memory, etc. $20 phone for work purposes. Well, I dropped my phone in the toilet. I immediately turned my phone off, and dried it out. I put the battery back in, and it worked for a day...then it quit. I guess perhaps there was still a drop off water in it that fried something. If I take it to cricket, can they retrieve the phone numbers off memory???

    Thanks,
    Kenny
