    Ha I think because prepaid folks have no chance of overages and stuff to run up a bill and get the company more $$.

    It seems that existing customers pay more for everything. Too bad actual Tmobile agents, customer service reps, etc. don't read these kind of forums to see where their company falls short.

    The price you pay for being a loyal customer compared to a new customer or prepaid. Should be the other way around.

    I thought that was for prepaid only. It's funny how you can get prepaid switched for free 2x a year, but for plans, you have to pay to change.

    yup! just call the CS by dial 611 from your t-mobile phone (free), they can change it for you, I think they said they'll charge you for $15 to change your number. Good luck.

    Am I allowed to change my phone number? I've never tried before, and couldn't find any information on the website. Personal reasons.
