1. Swipe the Start screen to the left.
2. Scroll down and select "Settings".
3. Tap "email + accounts".
4. Select "add an account".
5. Press the "Facebook" icon.
6. Tap the "Email address" field and type in your Facebook Email address.
7. Tap the "Password" field and type in your Facebook password.
8. Press the "sign in" button.
9. Press "Connect".

2. Swipe the screen to the left. The status updates can be found under "what's new".

1. Flick the Start screen up and tap the "Me" tile.
2. Select "post a message".
3. Type in the desired status message in the "Post a Message" field.
4. Press the "Send" icon at the bottom of the screen.

2. Swipe the screen to the left, twice. You will find your updates under the "what's new" category.
