1. Swipe the Start screen to the left.
2. Select "Settings" from the menu.
3. Press "email + accounts".
4. Tap "add an account".
5. Press the "Facebook" icon.
6. Tap the "Email address" field and type in your Facebook account name.
7. Tap the "Password" field and type in your Facebook password.
8. Press "Sign in".
9. Select "Connect" if you wish to connect to Facebook chat.

2. Select "post a message".
3. Type in the desired status update in the "post a message" field.
