There are many people like you who are being taken advantage of and exploited by the BIG 4 carriers, and Lightyear is the only wireless company I know of that allows its customers to get free wireless service through its referral program.

Haha. Well this sort of thing is happening more and more than it did back in 2008. People are really getting fed up with big box wireless. The CEO's making millions, the nickel and diming, paying 25% or more a month in taxes and bogus fees. The FTC should truly outlaw the commercials we see claiming unlimited when there are more expensive plans or throttling or data caps. It really is nonsense. It is like the lottery announcing a ten million dollar jackpot, but after lump sum and taxes you are left with 2.5 million.

I am also a rep and customer of Lightyear Wireless and the wireless arena is for sure moving away from the 2 year contract rat race where you are paying 5-6x what the "free" phone you got is worth to the prepaid model where you receive actual value and are not getting ripped off. In my 9 years making great money from home Lightyear is by far the most professional organization I have ever come across and that is why many of the top leaders have been there forever. They treat their reps great and there is high retention and low attrition with the business model. People will always be tied to their hip with their smartphones. Might as well get paid on it.

Well, I am new on here and I did not realize it was that long ago. I know you do not believe me and I would not either. But I am trying to make money. I am sorry for that. Don

It is kind of late to respond to a nearly three and one half year old message. Maybe you just wanted to try to place a free advertisement.

Well I am a rep but not for At&t. All the need to do is say you can not make the payment and see if they will put you on a payment plan. I would just say I can only afford $10 a month. After and if they agree to that than you can just let the account stay suspended and let the contract run out! Make sure that the are not going to charge you any more and add to the bill. Make them agree to it and get it in writing. I am a rep for a company called Lightyear Wireless / Sprint. We have a great deal right now running only on the internet and only at this website. donaldtharp.lightyearwireless dot com You can get a phone for about $10 and no CONTRACT! You get everything for 59.99 a month. Unlimited Talk-Text-and-Web for only for $59.99 A MONTH not another dime ever. You can also get the service for free. Just check it out! Good Luck to you! I got 2 lines and added a 3rd line, i got unlimited internet for 2 of the phones and then the next day i immediately took it off. They were suppose to BLOCK the internet but instead did pay-per-use, my lil bro's gf used AIM on the phone and didn't know that was part of the bill so my bill came out to be 350 in just internet!

I got back into town from being away for about a month so i came back to seeing that i owe 750!! which is outrageous, i filed a case w/ AT&T to see if they can change the $350 internet charges to a rated of $15 for the unlimited internet and get my bill to about $425 - I waited a week for them to get back to me but they haven't, and I'm planning to call tomorrow.. but then....

Today i just receive another BILL!! after my account has been suspended w/ at&t LAST MONTH, adding another $200 for this month's phone bill BUT MY ACCT. IS SUSPENDED, why would they charge if I can't even use my phone?

My question & concern is, I'm a college student with a Not high paying job, so I'm planning to drop my contract with AT&T which is probably about $1,000 w/ early cancellation - and i just wanted to know if it was possible to pay in a sum payment to AT&T cause i know I can't pay 1,000 on the spot

I'm not much of a fan of AT&T/Cingular or maybe I'm just being biased since I've been a T-Mobile owner since 2005
