    Thanks for the reply, DustenRust. I think geekaphone was wrong and everyone else was right; the One X does not have an FM transmitter. :-)
    BTW here's the page on which I found mention of the transmitter: geekaphone.com<forwardslash>phones<forwardslash>HTC-One-X-for-AT-T-Dual-Core. (Sorry about the unorthodox technique for the link --- I'm a newbie and am not allowed to post URLs.)
    Just look for it in the left-hand column, right above "Very high resolution screen".

    I don't know if there are other methods of listening to music through the car's stereo without a car kit, but what I do know is that the HTC One X does not have a built-in FM transmitter. I don't know where on Geekaphone you've seen that information, but I believe it was an error, as their HTC One X comparisons are usually not showing a built-in FM transmitter.
