i think forzen screen is a common fault in Samsung products. I used 3 different samsung and all of them had the same frozen screen trouble.

Usually a hard reset will clear up problems. To do a hard reset, remove the back battery cover, and then the battery. Wait about 5 seconds and then reinsert the battery and install the battery cover. The phone should start automatically within 10 seconds. If not, go ahead and push the power button to turn it back on. That should get your touchscreen unfrozen. Let me know if you still have problems.

A hard reset might do the trick. To do a hard reset on your phone hit the dial button and key in *2767*3855# phone will then reset and reboot. Also to let everyone know this will wipe out any info on the phone. It will not bring back locked apps that were deleted or fix some other issues where you changed settings in the internals.

I have a Samsung Impression and the screen is froze up. How can I get my information out of it or completely reset it? I have powered it off & on also removed the battery but it didn't help.
