Exactly LG 500g is not compatible with cricket wireless network,you need to change your phone.

If you're referring to the LG 500G, that's a GSM phone, and isn't compatible with Cricket Wireless' network. You would need to purchase a phone from Cricket Wireless directly.

How can I change this to where I can use Cricket for a provider. It is currently a Tracphone
