So, in the meantime there was one update of older data into the logs, but not really much. And just 3 quite old position reports, and then again everything is frozen again. Since 24 hours no data transmission.
I cannot imagine that there are no calls going in and out from this phone the whole day. As well as I wonder why there are no GPS position reports. Yesterday evening I could see that the phone was still in use.
Maybe someone knowas about such "problems"?

edit: I did ask already the support desk, but they don't really got the answer to my questions. They just say uninstall and install once more. But this doesn't help. Why are there initially good transmissions and suddenly it stops? Later I can check the phone again, but I don't really know what to do more.
And please, can someone give a feedback for the "send commands" option? To send such a text message with this command, then the one using the phone momentarily doesn't see this message? Has someone any experience in this one? Thanks

Before anything, I have to mention that I am a person with very marginal technical or phone knowledge. So. I recently installed Mobile Spy version 5 on a Samsung phone, it is in use in Saigon.
Initially I was very impressed and happy about the results. But I realized that there were no data transfers (any of the logs) all around the time, this means each 15 minutes or each hour or something. After a few days I realized I don't have any transmission from time around 5pm and about 2 or 3 am. This is really annoying as especially at the evening hours I need these log transmissions.
So I hoped any time the next morning the old data would be transmitted, even when they are old then. But it is just like a hole in the datalogs.
Now I realize that after maybe 1 week of installation there would not come any data anymore. So I guess the phone was switched off or someone saw that there was something installed. Or are there any problems with data transmission here in Vietnam?

Is it true that with Mobile Spy installed on an Android phone, then the internet is running all the time and eating money from the prepaid simcard?? If this is really the case then these programs are stupid. Because who would not realize that internet is running all the time and my prepaid card is leaking empty even without any action is done. So I guess the phone was dumped now. Finished tracking.

And one question more: Is this SMS messaging *pin code# gps really working? Without the phone user can see this message? I am too afraid to try it the first time as I don't want to make the phone user alerted. Maybe this would be the last possibility now for me to find the phone again as I didn't get any transmission anymore for 3/4 of a day.
